UL67 Panelboard
Z-Power offers custom-engineered panelboard solutions designed to meet specific customer requirements. Most Panels will be built
as follows:
- Voltage ratings up to 600Vac and 250Vdc.
- Ampacity from 100A to 1200A.
- Maximum 100kA at 480V.
- UL 67 Listed.
- Square D, Eaton, or ABB components and breakers.
- Stainless Steel Enclosures are Optional

Z-Power Custom Panelboards
Key features include:
- Voltage ratings up to 600Vac and 250Vdc.
- Ampacity from 50A to 1200A.
- Maximum 65kA at 480V.
- UL 67 Listed, with Type 1 or 3R enclosures
- Available in single-phase and three-phase configurations, and accommodates a High-Leg option.
- Optional main breaker, main lugs, and subfed breaker.
- Capacity for up to 84 circuits per panel.
- Interiors with silver-plated copper or tin aluminum bus.
- Lock and door opening mechanism.
- Multi-section boards with bolted connections and bushed openings (horizontal and vertical).
- Standard or door-in-door trims.
- Standard ANSI 61 light gray finish, with other colors optional upon request.
- Available in stainless steel and galvanized steel.
- Square D, Eaton, and ABB component options.
You can choose specific protective relays, metering devices, and circuit breakers for your needs.
- Optionally, Fully rated bus in lieu of UL heat rise tests, resulting in lower operating temperatures.
- Our enclosures have a strong, long-lasting finish, thanks to our modern powder coating system. They are 3000-hour salt spray tested to ensure reliability and quality.
- We choose components and metering to give you the best value for your specific application and to meet your requirements.
- Z-Power Custom Panels meet or exceed all applicable UL standards for Panelboard construction.
- Available with UL Type 1 and 3R enclosures.
